75G Stockcar
75G is Dave Tennants old car that he built and won the New Zealand's to be 1NZ on the Gisborne track in the 1988-89 season. We got the number 75G because the cars number used to be 75A so we stuck with the original number. The chassis hasn't changed much, still looks kind of like when Dave Tennant still had it. The stockcar is still very strong now, have had a few big hits and not much side rail damage. Haven’t needed to replace anything on it yet so its still tough and going strong.

FIRST NIGHT!
Was a good 2 nights of racing up in Napier. Left to go up to Napier Friday morning so we could get 2 scrutineering at 10 o’clock AM. First night went ok with a 10th placing in the first race. Second race didn't ago to well, getting put up the front of the grid, witch ended up badly in the first corner getting pushed up the wall. Lost the power steering part way through the race and lost it and crashed into a guy that was stopped by the wall. Continued on to just get 13th place. The last race Nick decided to pull onto the infield after a few laps as to save the car for the second night. Managed to get the power steering fixed with the help of the pit crew.
SECOND NIGHT!
Second night first race wasn't to good with the power steering still playing up so pulled into the infield after a few laps. Got the power Steering sorted out for the second race and finished that race ok. During the second race it started raining so they stopped the race and sent all the stockcars out for wheel packing to try and dry out the track a little bit. Third race wasn't to bad, finished the race in one piece so that was good. And after they sent out all the stockcars except the first and second 26 for 1 race. Nick did pretty good, staying in the middle of the group most of the race. Was a good trip to Napier and really enjoyed it. Nothing major was broken apart from power steering but got that sorted out so it was ok.
